Gift Certificates
Available in any denomination*. Please use the order form and enter the amount you wish to purchase. After payment is received, we will mail a reciept to your billing address and mail the custom printed gift certificate to any shipping address of your choice. The name on the "From:" line will match your billing information and the "To:" line will match the shipping name unless you specify special instructions.
The www.picturedisk.net gift certificate can be used as cash on any Midwestern Industries product. It can also be applied to any unpaid invoice up to face value. The gift certificate has no expiration date.
